Cal Poly Computer Science Department will be celebrating the official launch of student-created Android apps with a public project fair on Friday, March 12 from 2-3:30pm. Students will demo their apps and display posters of their apps on Dexter Lawn from 2-2:30pm and in building 14, room 256 from 2:30-3:30pm. All apps will be available for free download from the Android Market, and anyone with an Android phone is encouraged to download the free competition app and participate in evaluating the student apps. The competition runs from March 12 to March 18 (midnight).
