RRM Design Group has announce that Leonard
Grant, Architect (LGA) has merged with RRM Design Group (RRM). LGA is a 13 year old architecture practice and award winning portfolio of
multi-family, affordable and senior housing, custom residential, retail and
office projects. LGA has worked on many notable local projects including the Bella Montana faculty housing project near Cal Poly, the Mission Creek retail and office complex in Santa Maria, the new Pismo Beach Medical Center, the San Luis Jet Center, the Pismo Beach Office Park, as well as many custom residential projects including the award-winning Avila Oaks multi-family project in downtown Avila Beach.
Leonard Grant, AIA, is the Architect, Founder and Principal of Leonard Grant, Architect (LGA). Leonard joins RRM as a Principal of the firm and will serve as the Director of RRM's Local Architectural Practice. Leonard also has deep roots in the local community including his active involvement as a member of the Foundation Board for the Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, Former Chairman of the iMadonnari Street Painting Festival, Member of the Government Affairs Committee for the Home Builders Association, and Member of the Site Acquisition Committee for Habitat for Humanity of San Luis Obispo.
