Once subscribed, the cell phone is sent an auto reply message confirming subscription.  Every message including the first auto-reply will provide the subscriber with the opportunity to Opt-out.  Messages will be sent about regarding updates and prize information!  This is an ongoing campaign for events brought to you by Softec.

General Rules
Participation in the Tech Symposium Text Campaign is free of charge, but your standard carrier text messaging rates will apply. Contact your carrier with questions on any text message fees your provider may charge or if you are not receiving messages normally. We cannot guarantee message delivery response times as it is dependent on your carrier.  No purchase is necessary.  This is an ongoing campaign for events brought to you by Softec (Service discounts are offered by Plasencia Projects only, who reserves all rights to limit, award or not award any discount, and is solely responsible for any agreement for services entered into by subscriber).  All subscribers must be 18 or older.

You can opt-out at anytime by texting "STOP" to 88202. Your personal information will not be sold or distributed, but by his/her act of submitting an entry, each entrant will be deemed to voluntarily agree that data will be retained and may be used by Softec and/or Plasencia Projects for marketing and promotional purposes, statistical analysis of user's behavior, future mailings or contact regarding website updates, new products and services, upcoming events, status of orders placed, and any other purpose determined in our judgment to be reasonably related to our business.

Softec and Plasencia Projects reserve the right, in our discretion: 1) to change the terms of the contest, or terminate it in whole or in part, or as to any entrant, at any time, without notice to or agreement by any entrant, and without liability or obligation; 2) to reject multiple or other entries appearing, in our sole discretion, to have been generated by a bot or automated agent on behalf of one or related entrants, or otherwise to violate the spirit of the contest.

Promotion terminates at 11:59pm Pacific time September 21, 2010, or unless sooner terminated by Softec or Plasencia Projects.

RANDOM PRIZE DRAWINGS
Softec reserves the right to randomly select prize winners at any time from the list of text message subscribers.
Winners will be contacted by text message and will have seven days to reply and claim his/her prize.  If the prize is not claimed, another drawing will take place and a new winner will be selected. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

It is the responsibility of the prize winner to report all winnings to the IRS.
