Justin, do you know why my bio is not showing? I have now edited it 3 times just to make sure it comes up on my profile. It still is not. I like to think I am tech savvy enough to know how to edit/create my bio... I sure hope it is not PEBCAK.

Hi Mike,
I am not sure what the issue is? We just impersonated you and we can get your BIO to save every time try it. Are you pasting your content from a Word document? If so, please make sure to use the paste from Word feature. It is the little icon with a "W" in it in the editor toolbar. Also, what browser are you using and what version of that browser? We want to try to replicate your issue so we can fix it, but I need a little more info.
Thanks Mike,

I used the "Paste From Word" tool and it worked. I was cutting & pasting and it was not working.
In terms of the signature, how many "characters" does a return count as? I counted only 231 characters (including spaces) yet continued to get an error that i had exceeded the character count.
The maximum number of characters allowed for a user's signature is 256. That includes HTML characters, so if you click on the HTML icon in the toolbar you will see your true count.
Thanks Justin. I think it is the way I'd like it now. Does it automatically attach the signature to each post?
Nevermind... the answer is yes.
It does! So in the future, when you change your signature, it reflects that change on all your old posts.
Let us know if you need anything else!
I seem to be having the same issue.

I think I found the problem. There's an error message that was coming up, but I wasn't seeing it because it was at the bottom of the page. It had to deal with character limit.
I'd recommend putting moving the error to the top of the page so it's apparent to the user.
Thanks for letting us know Forrest. I thought there was an indicator by the submit button that notified you of errors? Was that not displaying? If not, we will look into it.
Thanks,
