Digital West Networks Inc. is a growing local company looking for a high energy, motivated, career minded Sales Coordinator with a proven record of sales growth, customer support and a fun, positive attitude. This position provides opportunity for developing technical-sales knowledge from our highly experienced and generous staff in the fields of Metro Fiber, Data Center operations and Internet Hosting.

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the following Job Duties:
1) Inside sales. Handling all sales of shared hosting, email, mailing list server, and remote backup service. Also communicating the status of all potential new accounts and current customer satisfaction to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

2) Sales Support. Creating quotes, contracts, and managing follow up on potential customers. Using sales-related software to track opportunities is required.

3) VAR Support.   Creating quotes,contracts, and managing follow up for Value Added Resellers and Agents. Training VARs on Remote Backup Service as needed. Ensuring VARs have needed materials and access to web tools, pricing, etc. Supporting the Metro Fiber agents as needed.

4) Coordinating Orders. Serving as the single point of contact for customers on sales orders for new service. Coordinating with internal resources to determine due dates, IP addresses, and other pertinent information and send ng welcome emails to new/pending installations.

5) Contract Renewals. Creating reminders and doing preliminary research on services needing to be renewed under contract. Scheduling customer meetings w/ Director of Sales as needed.

6) Customer Service and Follow Up. Administering Customer Satisfaction Survey and follow-up as needed.  Up sell/cross selling to existing customers (inside sales).

7) Part-Time Receptionist.  Sharing office reception/phone duties each day (to be coordinated with Operations Manager).

Qualifications:
1) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2) Strong organizational skills and detail oriented personality.
3) Outgoing, friendly “can-do” attitude.
4) Experience with all Microsoft Office programs, as well as other general computer skills.
5) Knowledge of the Internet, Data Center operations, Metro Fiber and Hosting is a bonus, but not required.
6) Minimum 2-years experience in Sales and customer support in an office/professional environment.
