I just purchased a sponsorship and it is not showing up on the site? Do I have to wait a period of time before this shows up or I am I missing something?
Hi Eric,
When you go to the site, you should see a manage profile link at the top. If it is not there you are not logged in. Click on that link. After clicking that link you will be presented with a series of profile tabs. The tab that is farthest to the right is labeled “Sponsor Profile”. Simply, click on that tab, fill out the information, and save it clicking the save button at the bottom. After doing that, your Sponsor Profile will show up on the site.
