Adi began his financial services carreer in 1990 working for a large regional bank in San Luis Obispo county, CA. His passion for helping clients, his quest for knowledge and his entrepreneurial nature led him to a carrer that has been rewarding for over two decades.

Adi has earned many ditinguished certifications throughout his carrer, requiring hundreds of hours of study on diverse subjects covering advanced estate planning, business succession, taxation, financial planning, financial markets, insurance and many others.

Adi is very involved in his community and his industry. He served as President of the Central Coast chapter of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) 2004-2005, Vice President of the NAIFA CA 2007-2009, and President of the Estate Planning Council of San Luis Obispo 2011. He has also been asked to serve on the Professional Standards committee for the Exit Planning Institute.

His involvement with the community is demonstrated by his membership and volunteerism with the Rotary Club of San Luis Obispo, SCORE, CASA and the Optimist Club of Paso Robles .

When he is not working, Adi spends time with his family or enjoying his hobbies (sailing and woodworking).
