Glenn Shackelford is the Business Phone Systems Manager at Phone & Wireless. He has nearly a decade of experience managing customer relationships, the last four specific to the telecom industry.
 
Glenn understands that the challenge with telecom is staying on the cutting edge of technology while putting the customers first. He enjoys the tech industry and the continual changes that come with it.
 
Glenn is an active member of the SLO Chamber of Commerce Technology Advocacy Committee (TAC). Last year the committee conducted a Tech Forecast Survey among companies from Paso to Santa Maria. One of the more illuminating results of the survey was that local companies desire more opportunities for tech-related networking events.  Glenn is an advocate for SLO Tech Brew in response to this need. He is also the co-founder and President of the business-to-business technology networking group, Tech Networking.
 
Glenn is also a founding member of SLOPoker.biz, a business-to-business charity poker night that meets monthly. Though originally from Montana, he enjoys the outdoors of the central coast and says he will never consider living anywhere else.
