Lanny Hernandez is currently the president of Cubularity, a company he founded in 2003 to create Business Intelligence applications for small and large organizations. Previously he founded and managed ALH Group whose focus was in providng decision support applications for the Retail Food Industry. The WinCMS Category Management application created by ALH Group is used by supermarket companies throughout the world.
Prior to that he founded ABA Groups which created the Apollo Space Management program to assist food retailers and food manufacturers worldwide allocate and manage product shelf space in supermarkets. ALH Group was sold to Information Resource Inc. (IRI) in 1987 and Lanny was a corporate VP and CEO for IRI until 1990 when he founded ALH Group.
Lanny graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a BSEE, received his MBA from San Diego State University and pursued his doctorial studies at USC.
He is married, has four sons and currently lives in San Luis Obispo. Previously he lived in Manhattan Beach and its surrounds for 30 years. He was raised in Whittier, California where he attended high school.
