As COO at ELEMENTS, Inc., Michael drives local search strategy for national franchise companies like Sport Clips and Paul Davis Restoration as well as many regional franchise systems.  Michael was the CEO and Senior Consultant of the Pismo Group, Inc. where he provided local search expertise to The Franchise Company, Growers and Nomads, Paul Davis Restoration and many others. Previously, Michael held the position of Vice President of Operations at Web Associates (now Level Studios), where he led the company on a comprehensive turn-around working with; Quiksilver, Apple, HP, AMD, Blackberry (RIM), California Closets, The Tennis Channel, Marvell Semiconductor, Linear. Michael studied business and communications at the University of Oregon.

Michael live in Arroyo Grande, California with his wife and son, he enjoys league basketball, league volleyball, skiing and the occasional scuba diving. He's active in many industry, community service and non-profit organizations. He serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Pismo Beach, the Grover Beach Chamber of Commerce, and the Exploration Station. In 2007, the Economic Vitality Corporation of San Luis Obispo County presented me with their “Top 20 Under 40″ award for professional excellence and commitment to our community. The Pacific Coast Business Times recognized me with the “Top 40 Under 40″ award for professional excellence and commitment to our community in 2006.
