Striving to combine his efforts to provide for his family with his desire to give back to the Central Coast community at large, Michael Phares - Proprietor of & Communications Enthusiast at Dado's Marketing, Communications, & Public Relations -  has committed to making a difference in 2010 through a lofty list of both professional and personal community development commitments. 

Accepting appointments to both the Legislative Council and Technology Advisory Committee with the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce as well as accepting an appointment to the Board of Directors for the San Luis Obispo Creative And Marketing Alliance (SLO CAMA), Michael will also continue his duties as a Grover Beach Chamber of Commerce Ambassador as carried over from 2009. 

Michael is also involved with memberships in SofTec (woo hoo!!) and Tech Brew and has recently begun public speaking engagements about the utilization of social media & integrated marketing strategies to humanize professional service companies while marketing for better brand recognition and target demographic penetration. 

His personal community development commitments will continue to include his volunteer position as High School Youth Director at Harvest Bible Fellowship in the village of Arroyo Grande and his work mentoring the Pismo "groms" (10-18 year old surfers) to which he will now add a membership in the Grover Beach Rotary Club. 

When not creating BUZZ (as he calls it) for his clients or volunteering in his professional and personal community development commitments, Michael can be found spending time with his family (wife - Michelle, computers and technology teacher at St Patrick's School in Arroyo Grande AND daughter - Madilyn, a vibrant, imaginative & talkative toddler) around Grover Beach & Pismo Beach or in the line-up at one of his favorite local surf spots.
